  • Corporate Finance Analyst

    A Corporate Finance Analyst plays a key role in coordinating the financial reporting and analytics of our business units including oversight of financial data. Compiles and analyses financial data to produce high quality Excel data packs for due diligence purposes.


    • Analysing financial statements, reviewing business plans, building financial models, running sensitivity scenarios and conducting valuation of businesses;
    • Analysing, verifying, tracking and reporting on financial indicators;
    • Assisting in the execution of transactions, including financial, commercial and legal aspects;
    • Conducting industry and transaction related research, keeping abreast of market developments and corporate debt issuance, and assisting in originating transactions
    • Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis;
    • Assisting in drafting client presentations, teaser documents, information memorandum, term sheets and other transaction documents;
    • Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials;
    • Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side assignments;
    • Participating in client meetings and in investor due diligence;
    • Playing an active role in the project and due diligence management
    • Responsible for maintaining proprietary databases including data integrity, timeliness of data input and accuracy of data.
    • Ensuring follow-up action when necessary and provide updates to the management.




    • Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or finance required / MBA or an advanced degree in business, management, or finance preferred)
    • A professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA;


    • You must have 3-4 years experience from an Investment Bank/ Broker/ top boutique or Big 4 ACA (Lead Advisory)
    • Experience in corporate finance/ M&A or private equity or Transaction Services.


    • A good knowledge of Capital Markets and M&A and the ability to apply your skills creatively to diverse client needs.
    • Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively when quizzed.
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
    • Strong commercial acumen;
    • Positive attitude, committed, hard-working and ambitious with a desire to learn;
    • Detail oriented with a solid knowledge of financial analysis under several standards
    • Good team spirit and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively
