  • Senior Corporate Administrator

    Frontière Finance Ltd is looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator who will assist in the administration of a portfolio of entities, including Trusts and companies (domestic companies, global business companies, authorised companies, foreign entities), be able to communicate well within the team, with the service providers (banks, consultants) and with the clients, perform towards meeting the annual KPIs set by the employer.

     

     

    Main duties

    • Provide support to the team on payment instructions/bank account openings/incorporation of new entities/preparation of board meeting pack etc and maintaining of client files.
    • Update the company's software and maintain clients’ folders (physical/soft) and KYC file
    • Adhere to internal controls/procedures/processes of the unit for optimised efficiency
    • Respond to their queries from clients and CAs accordingly in a timely manner, by providing appropriate information.
    • Review of KYC documents of client's files and prepare relevant checklists. 
    • Keep abreast of emerging regulations and developments in industry pertaining to Corporate/Trust structures and ensure compliance with such regulations
    • Ensure utmost integrity through full adherence to the Group's Code of Conduct and Ethics
    • Ensure compliance and adherence with regulatory policies, procedures (Anti Money laundering, KYC procedures etc.), processes and risk management framework to minimize financial losses and take prompt corrective actions from deviations.
    • Live and display the AXYS DNA in all daily activities, whilst also ensuring direct reports do the same, in order to uphold and further strengthen the AXYS brand internally and externally.

     

    Profile

    • At least a degree in Business Management, Law/ LLB, Finance, or any other relevant fields
    • 4+ years of work experience within a Corporate Service Provider, Credit Institution or Similar office environment.
    • Very good command of written and spoken English. Other languages are considered an asset.
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
    • Dynamic and easy-to-work with person.
    • Concise and able to pay attention to details.
    • A highly organised character and ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.
