    Key Responsibilities

    - Generate trading flow, initiate trading ideas for clients, provide investment advice and recommendations.
    - Build up the client base by developing and acquiring new customers as well as maintaining existing ones while strenghtening the product offering.
    - Analyse and relay informations on local and global markets, client portfolios and Company's products to Institutional and Private clients while having a clear understanding of their investment needs.
    - Assist with preparation of presentations, marketing materials & supports and support the other departments with their day-to-day tasks.
    - Maintain a deep knowledge of AXYS's products.

    Competencies (Skills Required)

    - Thorough understanding of financial markets (equity, fixed income, market infrastructure,)
    - Advanced quantitative and analytical skills (Equity, Fixed income, Financial Analysis, Economy, etc)
    - Ability to think and react quickly, and take sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Job Purpose

    To handle a portfolio of client companies, dealing with company secretarial and administrative duties within agreed deadlines and ensure professionalism and efficiency at all times.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    - Participate with incorporation of Companies as may be required
    - Filings as required by the Companies Act Prepare Shareholders/Directors/Sub-Committee meetings, issue of notice/agenda and of checklist
    - Attend Meeting of Shareholders/Directors and Sub-Committees of the Board and accordingly prepare minutes of meetings or resolutions
    - Ensure properly certified Customer Due Diligence documents have been obtained and liaise with Compliance to keep all statutory files up to date
    - Handle proficiently a portfolio of entrusted clients, deal with companies secretarial and administrative duties within agreed deadlines
    -Keep share register and other registers updated
    -Ensure correspondence with regulators is done in a prompt and professional manner
    -Ensure proper filings, scanning of statutory files/correspondence and checklist.
