Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (SEM)
The SEM was incorporated in Mauritius in 1989 and is a member
of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE). The SEM operates two
markets: the Official Market and the Development & Enterprise
Market (DEM).
Financial Services Commission (FSC)
The FSC was established as the regulator for the non-bank
financial services sector in Mauritius. The FSC licenses, regulates
and supervises non-bank financial institutions in Mauritius.
Central Depository & Settlement Co. Ltd
(CDS)
The CDS was established by the Stock Exchange of Mauritius in
1996 to provide centralised depository, clearing and settlement
services for the Mauritian equity and debt markets.
