AXYS is a well-structured organisation with the following Board of Directors:
Mr. Arnaud Lagesse - Chairman
Arnaud is the CEO of ‘Groupe Mon Loisir’ (GML), one of the major shareholders of Axys Group Ltd. He joined our Board of Directors in 2006 as Chairman.
Mr Jean Claude Bega
Jean Claude is the Finance Executive of ‘GML Services Financiers et Juridiques Ltée’ (GMLSFs), part of GML, and he joined our Board in 2000.
Michel Rivalland
Michel was one of the founding members of our Group and is currently an Independent Director on our Board.
Michel Guy Rivalland
Michel Guy joined our Board in 2002, and has been bringing much impetus to the Group’s dynamism and strategic expansion since then. Michel Guy is also a founder shareholder and Chairman of Island Fertilizers Ltd (IFL) the country’s largest fertilizer manufacturer.
Didier Merven
A founding shareholder of ‘Portfolio Investment Management Ltd’ (PIM) in 1991, one of our Group’s significant shareholders, Didier has been the stepping stone of our initial activities, and has been a senior member of our Board since the very beginning. He is also a board member of several listed companies. |
